What We'll Bring:
Working within Decision Services, the Senior Lead - QA is responsible for managing a team of testers and helping to lead the delivery team’s activities in support of Quality Assurance. Building effective relationships with Team Managers and Leads within Decisioning, you will play a key role in ensuring quality is at the heart of what we do, and serving to coach and motivate the test team to deliver efficiently.The Senior QA Lead role specializes in ensuring our Testing team is set up for success and that our overall approach to quality assurance is robust and effective. You will lead a team of test professionals, collaborating with leaders and stakeholders across the business to ensure testing capability is suited to meet the needs of our varied projects and product offerings.
What You'll Bring:
• Managing a team of Decision Services QA associates, responsible for setting the direction for your team in alignment with business goals and performance management • Define the strategy for quality assurance and testing across decision services delivery, utilising resources and tools to be able to apply the best fit methodology and techniques• Take the lead in building team capability with regards to testing types and skills (automation, functional and non-functional) and keeping on top of quality assurance industry standards and best practice• Collaborate with and influence delivery contributors outside of the immediate test team to promote and increase quality in the end to end delivery lifecycle• Measuring Key Performance Indicators and reporting progress to delivery stakeholders• Collaborating with team managers, leads and associates across Decision Services and the wider business to identify and implement continuous improvements to our processes and proceduresImpact You'll Make:
