What We'll Bring:

Your core responsibilities will be to provide designs and solutions to set up different application products as well as maintaining and supporting the system infrastructure components independently. This includes configuring the operating system and application system to provide on time system services to both internal/external customers. Additionally, you will act as office application administrator in monitoring and administrating the application database, housekeeping of the application system to ensure the system's healthy status..

What You'll Bring:

• Assistant of IT projects with client-side’s aspect and provide recommendations
• Act as a technical engineer of backend infrastructure services
• System and Security maintenance of Windows servers and network infrastructures
• Ensure timely response to security incidents, root cause analysis, and closure of incidents
• Maintaining the IT infrastructure and application systems in a healthy status
• Installation, configuration, storage sizing, design, tuning, capacity planning
• Monitoring and responding to system alerts and incidents
• Evaluation/Deployment of new application system and IT technology
• Execute and maintain the drill test of BCP annually
• Ensure adequate documentation for all application and network system
• Technical and application support
• Required remote/onsite support after office hours as well as during weekend or public holiday
• Able to work independently with standalone problem solving capability. Provide professional hints and observation to the application support team for all level of development/maintenance work

Impact You'll Make:

• University degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
• In-depth experience in setup and administration of Windows servers, AD, IIS, ARR and Clustering
• Solid experience on VMware infrastructure setup and administration
• Strong understanding of security incident management and vulnerability management process
• Security Monitoring experience in technologies such as Microsoft SCOM, Splunk and WireShark
• Maintain System vulnerability management (Rapid7/Kenna/Penetration Testing)
• Excellent skill in system and storage sizing, design, tuning, capacity planning and problem analysis
