What We'll Bring:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic and collaborative team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Agile project management, with a strong background in Scrum methodologies. As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the Agile development process and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products within specified timelines.

Act as a servant leader and expert in Scrum framework, guiding the team in effective adoption and continuous improvement of Agile practices.
Coach and mentor cross-functional Agile teams to optimize productivity, encourage collaboration, and promote self-organization.
Lead Sprint Planning sessions, backlog grooming, and daily stand-up meetings, ensuring that the team understands and commits to Sprint goals and tasks.
Identify and resolve impediments that hinder the team’s progress, collaborating with stakeholders to create a conducive work environment.
Foster open and transparent communication within the team and with stakeholders, ensuring that information flows seamlessly and that everyone is aligned with project goals.
Monitor team performance by tracking and analyzing key Agile metrics, and provide regular progress reports to management and stakeholders.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives and implementing action plans to address identified issues.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery, making necessary adjustments to project plans as needed.

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile Software development environments.

• Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.

• Proficiency in Agile project management tools and software like Rally or Jira.

• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Impact You'll Make:

• Experience having technical competency is a plus.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent is strongly preferred.
