What You'll Bring:

• At least 5 years of Sales Engineering / Support, Account Management, Marketing, and/or Product Management experience with highly engaged internal and external partners.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

• Experience serving, selling, or working within the Insurance space.

• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

• Experience with Salesforce, reporting, and best practices.

• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

• Formal project management experience as is a plus.

Impact You'll Make:

The Sales Engineer – Senior Consultant will play a critical role in creating, delivering, implementing, and supporting services for TransUnion’s Cyber Insurance team. Key responsibilities will include:

• Gathering requirements from internal Sales and Client Success teams, recommending processes and tactics to optimize value throughout the sales and client management process, and overseeing key projects that influence and accelerate the sales process and drive Client retention

• Acting as a liaison between internal Sales, Client Success, Product, Marketing, Client Services, and other teams to ensure successful partner onboarding and providing ongoing evaluation and improvement of the Customer Journey.

• Building and leveraging relationships at all levels across the company and with external business partners.

• Moving projects forward while obtaining input from multiple internal teams and partners

• Autonomously managing complex partner projects that require input from many stakeholders.

• Finding solutions that leverage quantitative and analytical problem solving skills.

Pay Scale Information :

The salary range for this position is $81,300.00 - $129,800.00. *The salary range for this position reflects the general range of compensation for this job and does not include our bonus incentive(s). This position is eligible for bonus incentive(s). At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position, and market considerations.
