About the Role:
You’ll be joining an established team of Product Owners lead by Claire Binns. In this role, you will be responsible for helping design and develop products on a range of Data Acquisition & On-Boarding projects working with Product Development and other key stakeholders.
Define specific monitoring requirements for their products and ensure that they are reviewed and updated as products / product use evolve
Definition of product specific standards
Prioritisation of Product / Quality / Technical / Regulatory change to endure that the delivery schedule is appropriately balanced to ensure the growth of the business within the bounds set by regulation
Facilitate Acceptance Criteria (in conjunction with Stakeholders and Delivery)
Stakeholder management and engagement across the organisation
Track Client Product Usage and kick-off investigation when significant change seen
Central point of contact / co-ordination of SMEs on incidents in line with the Incident Manager and Incident Process
Skills & Experience:
Experience of working in a regulated environment
Experience of working with agile development methods
Experience of product development in a software delivery or infrastructure environment
Excellent interpersonal and client facing skills
Strong communication skills at all levels
Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
Strong commercial acumen
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Ability to identify, manage and mitigate risks
