What You'll Bring:

About the Role:

You’ll be joining an established team of Product Owners lead by Claire Binns. In this role, you will be responsible for helping design and develop products on a range of Data Acquisition & On-Boarding projects working with Product Development and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define specific monitoring requirements for their products and ensure that they are reviewed and updated as products / product use evolve

• Definition of product specific standards

• Prioritisation of Product / Quality / Technical / Regulatory change to endure that the delivery schedule is appropriately balanced to ensure the growth of the business within the bounds set by regulation

• Facilitate Acceptance Criteria (in conjunction with Stakeholders and Delivery)

• Stakeholder management and engagement across the organisation

• Track Client Product Usage and kick-off investigation when significant change seen

• Central point of contact / co-ordination of SMEs on incidents in line with the Incident Manager and Incident Process

Skills & Experience:

• Experience of working in a regulated environment

• Experience of working with agile development methods

• Experience of product development in a software delivery or infrastructure environment

• Excellent interpersonal and client facing skills

• Strong communication skills at all levels

• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills

• Strong commercial acumen

• Ability to work effectively under pressure

• Ability to identify, manage and mitigate risks
