What We'll Bring:
The Solutions Enablement and Training Team (SET) is responsible for Solutions University which delivers relevant, accurate, and useful learning content regarding the solution and product offerings at TransUnion. SET works with Subject Matter Experts from across the organization to source content that they develop into interactive, on-demand courses that prepare our associates to represent the solutions best suited to address the critical business issues of our customers.The Content & Learning Technology Consultant oversees the technological aspects of SU, providing guidance, expertise, and best practices regarding the implementation of synchronous and asynchronous learning content through the learning management system, Cornerstone. This role is also responsible for processing and responding to both regular and ad hoc reporting requests, as well as communications regarding SU content or processes. Knowledge of Cornerstone is a must.
What You'll Bring:
Reporting (primary responsibility)
- Construct and pull reports showing SU completion data using Reporting 2.0 in Cornerstone
- Work with Analysts to compile large-scale reporting data for completions into shareable format
- Develop dashboards on as needed basis to provide self-serve access to managers
Administration (primary responsibility)
- Ensure proper format of eLearning SCORM files before loading into Cornerstone
- Maintain the SU Solution Line Catalogs (PDFs) which contain all learning content for each Solution Line within SU
- Construct Organizational Unit (OU) group hierarchy for tracking groups at TU that are required to take SU content
- Add users to the appropriate OU groups in Cornerstone for tracking content completions
- Create forms for gathering insights, tracking requests, and monitoring issues regarding SU
- Assign SU content based on manager requests
- Review and correct individual user transcripts, as necessary
- Researching and troubleshooting content functionality and user access issues
Impact You'll Make:
Governance (secondary responsibility)
- Create Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and governance documents for SU and track process changes
- Develop, own, and manage the SU UAT process
- Design and implement the structure for SU within the Learning Management System (Cornerstone)
- Execute content audits to ensure that content is kept up-to-date, and transcripts are reflecting the correct status based on completion equivalency standards
- Act as internal SME for LMS capabilities and act as consultant during SU initiatives
- Contribute and participate in learning counsel to develop guidelines for learning processes
Communications (secondary responsibility)
- Own and manage the communication process for SU
- Own the SU inbox and track issues including issue details, background, resolution, and response
- Draft content for inclusion in weekly Sales Resource Round Up email
- Draft and send ad hoc communications regarding content, system, or assignment updates for SU
- Provide monthly updates for “New Content” section on SU Hub page
- Draft and maintain the SU FAQ document
- Draft copy for and manage the automated email communications associated with SU assignments
Design (secondary responsibility)
- Draft mockups for updates to the SU SharePoint (Hub) page
- Draft slide decks for leadership presentations regarding SU processes, initiatives, and completion rates
