What You'll Bring:
We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our growing Decision Services team.
Day to Day You’ll Be:
Project managing a project team focused on internal and client deliveries throughout the life-cycle of the project to deliver on time and to an agreed budget.
Developing project documentation and project plans and reporting accurately on progress against the plan both internally and externally.
Chair project meetings with the internal TU or client project teams and any other 3rd party providers where necessary.
Manage issues and risks within projects and co-ordinate resolutions with relevant teams.
Managing internal, client and third-party stakeholder relationships and expectations, particularly around project scope.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven track record in Project Managing software deliveries within the finance sector
Excellent communicator to lead and motivate a project team and develop good working relationships with clients and third party suppliers
Ability to work on own initiative and within defined deadlines, with minimal supervision.
Resilience to recover from set backs and drive through remediation plans
Excellent problem solving skills to identify root cause and resolution
Desirable Skills & Experience:
Experience project managing Software Solution projects within the Credit Risk domain
Experience of waterfall and agile methodologies

Working Pattern
Our work style for this position is ‘hybrid’, which involves spending 40% of your working week at one of our office sites so you’ll need to live within a sensible commutable distance from our office. We’re happy to talk flexible working.
