What You'll Bring:

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our growing Decision Services team.

Day to Day You’ll Be:

• Project managing a project team focused on internal and client deliveries throughout the life-cycle of the project to deliver on time and to an agreed budget.

• Developing project documentation and project plans and reporting accurately on progress against the plan both internally and externally.

• Chair project meetings with the internal TU or client project teams and any other 3rd party providers where necessary.

• Manage issues and risks within projects and co-ordinate resolutions with relevant teams.

• Managing internal, client and third-party stakeholder relationships and expectations, particularly around project scope.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven track record in Project Managing software deliveries within the finance sector

• Excellent communicator to lead and motivate a project team and develop good working relationships with clients and third party suppliers

• Ability to work on own initiative and within defined deadlines, with minimal supervision.

• Resilience to recover from set backs and drive through remediation plans

• Excellent problem solving skills to identify root cause and resolution

Desirable Skills & Experience:

• Experience project managing Software Solution projects within the Credit Risk domain

• Experience of waterfall and agile methodologies

Working Pattern

Our work style for this position is ‘hybrid’, which involves spending 40% of your working week at one of our office sites so you’ll need to live within a sensible commutable distance from our office. We’re happy to talk flexible working.
