Role Description

This is your chance to be a social media influencer!!! Simplifyber is launching a new product line called “Crush” (fun + scented floor mats—crushandsniff.com), and we’re looking for someone to be the face of this new brand on our social platforms! This has nothing to do with social media management, as we already have a full team managing our social platforms. The person we hire for this position will carry a microphone and do street interviews / segments, for posting on our social channels. This person will also need to find their own support, to hold an iPhone for filming, etc (content will need to feel "organic," so using your iPhone is what we're looking for). After segments are filmed, they will be uploaded to a secure platform for editing by our social media team.

Our target demographic for this product line is 18-24 year olds, and it is imperative that candidates for this job are comfortable, charismatic, and super energetic in front of a camera.

*This is a part-time role, located in Raleigh, NC.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience engaging with online communities and building brand awareness
• Current student in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
