In these role, you’ll ensure that dogs have a safe, clean, and fun environment to play, while their humans feel confident that their pups are in great hands.

What You’ll Do:

• Dog Park Duties:

  • Maintain the cleanliness of both indoor and outdoor social spaces, ensuring a tidy and safe environment.

  • Engage with pet parents and their pups, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all.

  • Monitor park areas proactively to prevent issues and ensure a positive experience for everyone.

  • Support the smooth execution of private and public events.

  • Apply your knowledge of dog behavior to promote safe and enjoyable play.

• Dog Daycare Duties:

  • Lead structured playgroups, supervising up to 15 dogs at a time.

  • Maintain the cleanliness of daycare facilities, including dog kennels and play yards.

  • Take dogs on outdoor adventures, ensuring their safety and happiness.

  • Use Skiptown’s technology to document visits, share photos, and provide updates to pet parents.

  • Prioritize the safety and well-being of all dogs in your care.

What You’ll Bring:

• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.

• A genuine love for dogs and a commitment to providing them with a safe, fun, and engaging environment.

• Strong customer service and communication skills – you’ll be interacting with both pups and their parents.

• Attention to detail and the ability to stay proactive in a fast-paced setting.

• Comfort working with technology for reporting and communication.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

• Ability to handle the physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 lbs.

• Comfortable working in an environment with off-leash dogs.
