This isn’t just a dog park—it’s a Skiptown experience. As Park Supervisor, you’ll own the vibe, the flow, and the service standards in the park and lobby spaces, ensuring every guest (human and dog) feels safe, welcomed, and impressed.

🐾 What You'll Do

• Lead and support a team of Park Skippers during your shifts
  
• Create a clean, safe, and fun environment for pups and their people
  
• Monitor dog play areas, proactively managing group interactions and redirecting when needed
• Coach your team on product knowledge, client experience, and brand standards
  
• Ensure guests are greeted, guided, and cared for from entry to exit
  
• Handle real-time guest concerns with professionalism and confidence
  
• Oversee park cleanliness, flow, and safety protocols
  
• Communicate with leadership using Slack, Toast, and Gladly
  
• Collaborate with the GM to ensure smooth daily operations
• Support special events, promotions, and park activities to create a fun and engaging atmosphere
