About the Role
Are you an investigator turned customer champion? We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager with deep OSINT and SOCMINT expertise to empower our fast-growing insurance clients. In this role, you’ll build lasting relationships, drive adoption of Skopenow’s platform, and ensure our customers achieve measurable success. You’ll be a trusted advisor, helping investigative and claims teams leverage OSINT insights to work smarter and faster.
What You’ll Do
- Own customer relationships for a portfolio of insurance accounts
- Guide clients from onboarding through renewal, ensuring a smooth transition from the sales process and strong long-term adoption.
- Deliver impactful onboarding and training sessions that help users get the most out of the Skopenow platform.
- Conduct regular business reviews to measure success, identify growth opportunities, and demonstrate ROI.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, and Marketing to share customer insights, feedback, and success stories.
- Drive renewals and expansions by understanding customer goals, analyzing usage trends, and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM, including account activity, feedback, and opportunities.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of hands-on investigative experience in OSINT or SOCMINT.
- Strong background in the insurance industry, ideally within claims or SIU investigations.
- Experience using or procuring commercial OSINT/SOCMINT tools (e.g., Skopenow).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a proactive, customer-first mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a large, diverse book of business.
- Proven ability to work effectively across teams to deliver customer and company success.
Bonus Points
- Based near New York City, with the ability to work out of HQ in Midtown, Manhattan.
- Experienced trainer or power user of commercial OSINT tools.
- Existing familiarity with the Skopenow platform.
- History of work in a formal SaaS Customer Success role.

**This is a remote position open to candidates across the U.S., but you must be available to work Eastern Time hours (9 AM–6 PM).
Compensation Estimate: $100,000-$115,000/year + quarterly bonuses
