Role Description:
Skopenow is looking for a QA Analyst to assess software quality through manual and automated testing. You will be responsible for writing test cases to find and report bugs and glitches to the product and development team. In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. If you are also competent in executing test cases and are passionate about quality, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will ensure that our products, applications and systems work correctly.
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze system specifications
- Develop effective strategies and test plans
- Report bugs and errors to development teams
- Help troubleshoot issues
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years proven experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or Tester role
- 3+ years of experience of web testing, cross-browser testing, and reliability testing
- SQL Query proficiency
- Jira experience and proficiency
- Experience using Postman for API testing
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
- Experience working with distributed team members
- History of regression testing as well as utilization of Selenium and Pytest (if automated)
