Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and client-focused Property Investment Advisor to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted consultant to clients seeking residential property in Dubai - whether for personal use or investment. Using our cutting-edge AI tools and market insights, you’ll help buyers find high-potential properties and guide them confidently through the entire purchase journey.
This is a high-impact sales role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment and wants to be part of redefining how real estate is sold in the region.

Prior experience in the Dubai residential real estate market is required. Applications without relevant local brokerage experience may not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Consultation & Sales Execution
Please Note:
Qualify and engage leads generated by our marketing and tech platform.
Conduct in-depth property consultations tailored to the client’s budget, goals, and preferences.
Arrange and conduct viewings, present listings effectively, and manage offers.

Negotiate and close transactions while ensuring a smooth client experience.
2. Market Expertise & Guidance
Provide clients with investment-minded advice, including rental yield and ROI estimates.
Stay up to date with market trends, new developments, and regulatory changes.

Educate buyers about Dubai’s property market, processes, and financing options.
3. CRM Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate lead and deal data in the CRM system.
Track your sales performance and pipeline health using KPIs and dashboards.

Work closely with the sales team to share insights and improve lead conversion strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
2–5+ years of experience as a real estate broker or sales consultant in Dubai.
Proven track record of closing residential property deals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
Familiarity with Dubai property laws, financing options, and developer landscape.
Self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a startup environment.
Experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
