Other Job Details: Customer Advocate at Social Champ is responsible for driving customer value, retention, and advocacy across our entire customer base. We seek to understand and advance our customers’ business goals and objectives. Customer Advocate serves as the first point of contact for our customers, supporting all of their questions and needs. As a Customer Advocate you will: Maintain communication (via calls, emails, chats, etc.). Take ownership of issues reported by customers and see problems through to resolution. Research, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues along with the Development team. Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
