We are looking for someone excited and energetic to join our growing team and head up our sales and business development efforts. This role will involve sourcing, managing, and relationship building through full enterprise B2B sales cycles. Experience in the utility and/or commercial solar industry is preferred but not required.

Roles/Responsibilities

Manage full scope of the sales cycle throughout the sales funnel

Plan and attend conferences

Travel (<40%) to customer site visits and customer meetings

Manage channel partnerships

Customer relationship building
Qualifications

Technical sales background with experience navigating B2B enterprise sales cycles

Experience delivering tailored presentations and proposals to decision-makers

Experience with conference planning, attendance, and networking

Collaboration and coordination across internal technical, marketing, and operations teams

Experience with customer-driven product improvements

Willingness to travel for customer meetings and solar farm site visits

CRM management
