about the account executive role:

the soona sales account executive (AE) works closely with the senior manager of accounts to execute the strategy to exceed revenue targets. the AE is an expert communicator, proficient at identifying high-value opportunities for the business.

this role will support all parts of the client journey that may generate revenue, such as pre-production upsells, preferred conversion/renewal and driving checkout. this role owns the success of the book of business with their manager.

the AE is proactive, curious and confidently delivers on their clients’ goals. this person uses data to derive insights, identify areas of opportunity and execute tests that improve the client experience and grow revenue. the AE mines their accounts to uncover unidentified opportunities to win-back and/or upsell their clients.

the AE reports to the senior manager of accounts. success in this role is achieved by consistently hitting revenue targets.

this is a full-time hybrid position located in Denver, Minneapolis or Austin that will report directly to the senior manager of accounts. we believe a hybrid work environment allows our crew to have a balance of productive and innovative work spaces. occasionally coming into the office allows for collaboration and offers opportunity to bring out your inner creative! this role will come into the office on Tuesdays for collaboration day and a second day that’s up to each team.
