About the part-time studio creative role:

An expert executor of quality content, the soona studio creative is a master of the soona process.

The soona studio creative needs to have a passion for digital content creation and an expert understanding of video production, photography, lighting and set design. On top of being a skilled creator, the studio creative must also be highly organized and able to juggle multiple customers and projects simultaneously.

This is a part time non-exempt position located in Denver that will report directly to the crew lead.

An ideal candidate can:

  • produce and shoot strong ecommerce and lifestyle photo and video content
  • execute exceptional content that delivers on or exceeds customer needs
  • meets monthly revenue goals and KPI targets
  • set up different lighting styles and techniques to deliver successfully on client needs
  • collaborate well with studio team and soona clients both in-store and remotely
  • creative thinking and problem solving with on-set challenges to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • self-motivation, flexibility and willingness to adapt to changes
  • patience and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor
  • good listening skills and excellent attention to detail
  • set up the studio for a shoot with little to no direction
  • translate customer inputs into a successful shoot
  • set clear expectations with the client around the soona experience
  • handle client escalations and resolve problems by offering achievable solutions
  • translate client feedback into actionable suggestions and assist team with escalations
  • contribute to the holistic operation of the studio in daily tasks additional to production time, including but not limited to pre-shoot prep, equipment and prop organization, inventory assistance, and overall orderliness.
  • some lifting is required up to 30 lbs.
  • willingness to assist where needed in addition to production time coverage
  • capture and edit behind-the-scenes footage of studio bookings


Has experience in:

  • 2+ years of professional photography and/or videography
  • 2+ years of customer service

We can offer:

  • competitive hourly wage: $25-$30/hr (depending on experience)

This position comes with a 90-day probationary period, during which both the employee and soona will have the opportunity to assess the fit and performance. This period is standard practice to ensure mutual satisfaction and success in the role. Throughout the probationary period, you can expect support, guidance, and constructive feedback. Successful completion of the probationary period may lead to permanent employment.
