The Account Development Rep (ADR) drives repeat bookings and revenue by proactively engaging existing clients, understanding their goals, and recommending the right solutions to fuel ongoing growth.
About the Account Development Representative:
The Account Development Representative (ADR) is responsible for driving repeat bookings and revenue growth within soona’s existing book of business, primarily small and mid-sized clients. This role focuses on proactive outreach, consultative selling and identifying winback opportunities for clients who have previously worked with soona.
Success in this role means understanding a client’s past work, business goals and creative needs, and translating that knowledge into thoughtful recommendations that lead to repeat projects. The ADR partners closely with all teams to ensure a seamless client experience while consistently achieving a repeat booking and revenue quota.
The ADR is highly organized, moves with urgency, and thrives in a high-volume environment. They are a key contributor to driving predictable monthly revenue through expansion and repeat engagement.
An ideal candidate:
Identifies opportunities and drives repeat bookings and revenue within an assigned book of existing clients
Proactively reaches out to past and current customers to identify new project opportunities
Uses a consultative approach to understand client goals and recommend the right soona solutions
Leverages client history, data and insights to personalize outreach and proposals
Consistently meets or exceeds monthly revenue and activity goals
Acts as a subject matter expert on soona’s products and services
Partners cross-functionally across all teams to ensure strong handoffs and client satisfaction
Maintains accurate pipeline management and reporting in Hubspot
Contributes to sales enablement resources and process improvements
has experience in:
3+ years of consultative sales or account growth experience
Managing a high volume of calls, emails, and meetings
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical mindset with comfort using data to prioritize accounts and opportunities
Thriving in a fast-paced, startup environment
Proficient with G Suite, Slack, and CRM tools, experience with Hubspot (or similar CRM) is a plus
Access to a reliable internet connection
we can offer:
Strong base rate monthly
OTE target: $80,000
Additional performance based commission

This is a full-time contract-to-hire position located in Minnesota, Texas, or Denver and reports to the sales leadership. This position will begin as a contract role to allow both you and soona time to ensure a great fit. During the contract period, you’ll work as an integrated member of our team, contributing to assigned metrics and learning our workflows. At the conclusion of the contract, there is an opportunity to transition to a full-time role based on mutual fit and performance.
