Key Responsibilities
Engineer and evaluate prompts using various test-beds to identify failure modes to fix failures.
Build RAG pipelines using standard vector databases and guided chunking for efficient retrieval.
Configure agent workflows with tool-calling, state management, and loop control.
Run benchmarks to evaluate hallucinations, bias, and safety using standard rubrics.
Containerize models with Docker and deploy runtimes such as Kubernetes or CloudRun using managed cloud endpoints like Vertex AI or SageMaker to invoke LLMs
Build and monitor production dashboards (latency, errors, tokens) and escalate issues using defined runbooks.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience: 0-3 years of foundational experience in software development, machine learning, or artificial intelligence frameworks.
Educational qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
An Honours or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a relevant quantitative field.
