Who We’re Looking For:
We’re on the hunt for a dedicated and proactive Customer Support Representative who is comfortable working across time zones and is passionate about providing top-tier support to our global customer base.
- Flexibility to work across various time zones.
- Excellent English skills and a clear, friendly communication style.
- Previous experience in customer support for B2B SaaS products is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, ensuring swift and effective resolutions.
- Troubleshooting: Help customers troubleshoot issues with our platform, providing guidance on product features and best practices.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a positive customer experience by proactively addressing concerns and following up on unresolved issues.
- Knowledge Base: Assist in creating and maintaining internal and external documentation to improve customer experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our product and engineering teams to escalate and resolve technical issues.
