About the role:
- Product Performance Leadership: Help drive product management efforts by defining key customer metrics, identifying strategic opportunities, and leading the company in achieving its performance goals.
- Customer Analytics Platform Ownership: Own and optimize all customer-facing analytics tools, ensuring they empower data-driven decisions across the client platform.
- Proactive Business Insight Generation: Conduct continuous, in-depth analysis to uncover emerging business trends and opportunities, and implement A/B testing to optimize performance.
- Cross-functional strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with and provide strategic support to diverse stakeholders, delivering data-backed recommendations to inform key decision-making.
- Data-Driven Reporting and Communication: Develop and deliver clear, concise reports and presentations that translate complex data into actionable insights for executive leadership and relevant teams.
- Proactive Problem Solving and Innovation: Identify and address potential challenges proactively, and champion innovative approaches to enhance data analysis and product strategies.
- Continuous Improvement and Optimization: Focus on continuous improvement, identify areas for optimization, and implement strategies to enhance product performance and customer experience.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis and interpretation (Marketing/ Business/ Product).
- High proficiency in SQL.
- Exhibit proven experience utilizing Google Analytics for web analytics and reporting.
- Have practical experience with Google Tag Manager for tag implementation and management.
- Experience with data visualization of large data sets using BI systems (Sisense, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
- Experience working with data warehouse/data lake tools such as Snowflake/ Athena/ Redshift/ BigQuery.
- Experience building ETL processes – An advantage.
- Knowledge/ Experience in ELK stack and Grafana - An advantage.
- Experience in working with data from global markets and international websites.
- High level of English.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and apply them to facilitate performance optimizations.
- Able to work in a dynamic environment and with tight deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong ability to interact with and influence organization leadership teams.
