About Us:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to play a pivotal role in driving our growth and establishing long-term partnerships with enterprises worldwide.

The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for their role.

Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Actively engage with existing and potential clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to understand their unique conference needs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on optimizing conference impact through our software solutions.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base within the enterprise sector.
  • Identify key decision-makers, understand their pain points, and tailor solutions to address their specific challenges.

Product Knowledge and Consultative Selling:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to position our conference impact management software effectively.
  • Employ a consultative selling approach, demonstrating a deep understanding of the value our software brings to enterprises and advising clients on its integration into their conference strategies.

Pipeline Management:

  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and report on sales activities, providing regular updates to the leadership team.

Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:

  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial engagement through post-sales support.
  • Provide valuable insights from client interactions to inform product enhancements and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree 4-6 years of business experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
  • Proven track record of success in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in the enterprise software space with pr, corporate communications audience.
  • Strong understanding of the conference management landscape and familiarity with challenges faced by enterprises in this context.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our software solutions.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans that align with overall business objectives.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment and adaptable to evolving priorities.
