Let’s not pretend most “enterprise sales” roles are exciting.

You’re selling a slightly better version of the same thing:

  • Another dashboard
  • Another “data platform”
  • Another 6–12 month implementation that never really lands

You hit quota when the stars align. You miss when they don’t. And deep down, you know the product isn’t the reason someone wins.

Compensation:

  • Meaningful equity ownership (not token)
  • High commission from day one
  • Base salary expected post–funding (targeting Q3 2026)

You are joining ~20 experienced operators... many here for over two years, largely on equity... building behind a product with real traction and a credible path to scale.

This is a bet.

Not a safe one. Not a guaranteed one.
