This role is for an SVP of Product and Co-founder. It is a direct contributor role and is Equity Only for the next few months as we roll out and expect to raise a round imminently. This is not a part-time or advisor role; it's a roll-up-your-sleeves full-time position where you will be expected to contribute to the direction of the product and to its commercialization by continuously optimizing and bringing meaningful value to our users daily. The Role:

As the Senior Product Manager, you will lead the development and growth of our AI for BI product, SQOR.ai. This role requires a blend of strategic insight, technical acumen, and a user-first approach to deliver an Executive BI Dashboard that sets new industry standards for ease and effectiveness.


The role offers 1% to 2% equity, based on your involvement and contributions. This position represents a long-term commitment to grow with our team of 15, all here for Equity Only for now. Having just launched and raise capital, we anticipate introducing salary compensation by Q2 of this year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute a product strategy rooted in Product-Led Growth (PLG) principles, ensuring our product aligns with user needs and stays ahead of market trends.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and BI to drive decision-making, aiming for KPI growth and ensuring our product delivers tangible value.
  • User-Centric Design: Gain a deep understanding of our users' needs, pain points, and workflows, crafting solutions that effectively address their issues.
  • Technical Leadership: Oversee the integration and analysis of SaaS tools, ensuring our platform effectively leverages valuable data for meaningful intelligence.
  • Telemetry and Feedback Loops: Implement necessary product instrumentation for continuous testing, learning, and iteration, enhancing product-market fit.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire a team of product managers and project managers, promoting a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Project Management Expertise: Lead complex projects with a focus on delivery, budget, and stakeholder management. Familiar with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Lean methodologies.
  • User Engagement and Research: Engage with users through surveys, interviews, and testing to gather insights, translating feedback into product improvements.
  • Product Requirement Development: Create detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
  • Roadmap Strategy and Execution: Develop and communicate a strategic product roadmap, prioritizing features based on user and business value.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work effectively with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure a cohesive product strategy and user experience.
  • Data Analysis for Product Enhancement: Utilize analytics tools to track user behavior, identify patterns, and inform product feature enhancements and user satisfaction strategies.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 8+ years of experience in product and project management within the AI, BI, or SaaS data spaces.
  • Is highly process oriented and can orchestrate all the moving parts with those processes, like a conductor at a symphony.
  • Has demonstrated experience in executing and learning from GTM efforts to optimize products as we learn in a prioritized way to maximize user experience and adoption, balanced with company objectives.
  • Is a pioneer that identifies new decisions to bring under management, is able to execute an initial sale and delivery as well as enable our GTM strategy to repeat and scale
  • Demonstrates the ability to effectively communicate through written and verbal communication
  • Has demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
  • Has a self-starter mentality with an eagerness to solve previously unsolved problems
  • Has experience with data-driven and/or machine learning products
  • Can effectively correspond between technical and non-technical audiences
  • Open to giving and receiving critical feedback and collaborating effectively across teams
  • Strategic thinker with attention to operational details, ensuring comprehensive product lead growth (PLG) development and execution.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, capable of motivating teams and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
