Role Overview:

As a Co-Founder and Head of Growth at SQOR.ai, you will play a key role in shaping both the website product and marketing strategies for the company. This full-time hybrid role is ideally based in New York, NY, alongside the CEO, with flexibility for remote work. Please note that this role is Equity Only for the next few months as we have only just launched SQOR.ai, and are kicking off our capital raise. To be clear, this doesn't mean that the role is part-time, or that it is an "advisor" role. It means that this is a roll-up-your-sleeves role where you will be expected to contribute to all growth efforts and processes soup-to-nuts.

As mentioned, as Head of Growth you will be at the intersection of marketing and product, driving a product-led growth (PLG) strategy to ensure our SaaS platform's success. This role combines the strategic and tactical aspects of product management with the creative and analytical demands of growth marketing. You will lead efforts to optimize user acquisition, onboarding, and engagement through data-driven decisions, UX/UI improvements, comprehensive project management, and innovative marketing strategies.

Compensation:

This role offers 1% to 2% of equity based on outstanding shares today. The specific amount is determined based on your level of expertise, your serious commitment, and your full time contribution. It represents a long-term commitment to grow a business alongside our co-founder team (11) who are all also working for equity at this time. As we gain traction and raise capital, salary compensation will become available. We have recently launched and have been well received (over 150 companies signed up) so we anticipate providing some salary compensation in the 3rd quarter of 2024 as capital permits.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Led Growth (PLG) Execution:

  • Develop and execute a PLG strategy, ensuring the product meets user needs and market trends.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Utilize data analytics to inform decisions, drive KPI growth, and deliver measurable customer value.

User-Centric Design:

  • Understand user needs and workflows to create solutions that stand out from competitors.

Telemetry and Feedback Loops:

  • Manage product instrumentation for continuous testing, learning, and iteration.

Project Management:

  • Lead complex projects with a focus on timely delivery, budget adherence, and stakeholder management, using Agile methodologies.

User Engagement and Research:

  • Gather user feedback through surveys, interviews, and testing, translating it into actionable product improvements.

Product Requirement Development:

  • Create product requirement documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development.

Roadmap Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and communicate a strategic product roadmap aligned with company vision and market demands.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • -Work with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure a cohesive user experience.

Data Analysis for Product Enhancement:

  • Track user behavior and make data-driven decisions to improve product features and satisfaction.

Growth Marketing Strategy:

  • Execute multi-channel growth marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.

Content Creation and SEO Optimization:

  • Produce engaging content in various formats and optimize for SEO to drive organic traffic.

Social Media and Community Engagement:

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy, engaging with audiences on platforms like LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok, and YouTube.

Email Marketing and Lead Generation:**

  • Implement targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and grow the customer base.

Growth Hacking:**

  • - Use creative strategies to drive product awareness and customer acquisition.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • - Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing insights to optimize strategies and measure success.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Product-Led Growth (PLG) for B2B SaaS, with successful execution in marketing, growth hacking, and product management.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of crafting compelling narratives and engaging diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in content creation strategy, using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices for B2B marketing.
  • Analytical mindset for data interpretation and data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with C-suite executives in Series B-F companies and venture capitalists.
  • Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Expertise in product-led growth strategies, data-driven decision-making, and KPI optimization.
  • Ability to identify user needs and create effective solutions.
  • Experience in managing product and project details for pre-launch, launch, and post-launch.
  • Strategic thinker with attention to operational details in product development, execution, and marketing.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills for motivating teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency in social media and video content production, and digital design tools like Canva, Figma, and Adobe Suite.
  • Proven ability to develop content for C-suite executives, SVPs, and VPs in Series B/C/D-F funded companies.
  • Excellent research skills for SEO, competitor analysis, and influencer development.

Skills and Experience:

  • 8+ years in product and project management with a successful track record in AI, BI, or SaaS.
  • Extensive experience in digital marketing and content creation for B2B SaaS.
  • Innovative thinker who approaches problems in unconventional ways.
  • Proven success in developing and executing content strategies in fast-paced environments, preferably in SaaS.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with CMS, project management systems (like Jira), and marketing automation platforms.
  • Analytical mindset for data interpretation to drive strategy and decision-making.
  • Expertise in growth strategy development aligned with company vision.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder management.
  • Leadership skills to inspire cross-functional teams and foster innovation.
