Please Note:

This role is for a Senior Data and AI Engineer. It is a direct contributor role and it is Equity Only for the next few months as we have just gone live and expect to raise a round imminently. That doesn't mean that the role is part-time, or that it is an "advisor" role. It means that this is a roll-up-your-sleeves role where you will be expected to contribute code, integrations, and algorithms that bring meaningful value to our users daily, and as a result you will be advancing your shares. Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate Senior Data and AI Engineer that wants to make a giant difference in the industry. We are developing novel ways of extracting, analyzing and summarizing data collected from hundreds of SaaS tools. You will play a pivotal role in helping invent novel algorithmic solutions to data understanding, develop efficient systems using them, test and deploy them for our customers. The ideal candidate is a person who is able to come up with innovative ideas for our problems, develop and validate the techniques, implement them efficiently in Python , and communicate to the team and users on the benefits of those solutions.

Compensation:

The role offers 1% to 2% equity, based on your involvement and contribution.

Position represents a long-term commitment to grow alongside our team. As we gain a little traction and raise capital, salaries will become available. We are about to launch and intend to provide some salary compensation by the beginning of Q2.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Devise methods for qualitative and quantitative analysis of time-series data.
  • Develop, validate, and test methods for time-series data forecasting.
  • Apply techniques based on statistical analysis, traditional machine learning, as well as deep learning, to a variety of data-intensive problems.
  • Develop LLM-based applications for helping users interact with complex data.
  • Collaborate closely with the data integrations team to ensure efficient data flow into the database to feed our AI.
  • Contribute to strategic discussions, offering insights derived from data trends.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • At least 5 years of programming experience and at least 3 years using Python.
  • Strong experience with data structures and algorithms.
  • Experience with databases and ETL/ELT frameworks (SQL, MongoDB, BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.)
  • Experience with analyzing time-series data and forecasting methods.
  • Experience with Pandas and Scikit-Learn.
  • Experience with training and deploying Machine Learning and/or Deep Learning applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging technical and business perspectives.
  • Communication skills to interface with customers, data science teams, and developers
  • Research skills and intellectual curiosity to stay up-to-date with the latest publications in data science and AI.
  • Proven experience in data engineering, data architecture, and software development
  • Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP, or Azure a plus

Desirable Attributes:

  • Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, ETL/ELT and Machine Learning.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Math, or related field is a plus, BUT NOT REQUIRED.
  • Commitment to pull up the sleeves and contribute to the team in the best way possible.
  • Ability to innovate in a flat startup data team hierarchy environment.
  • Focus on creating user-centric solutions, acknowledging the vast array of SaaS tools and user needs.
