Role Overview:

As the Growth Automation Director (B2B SaaS), you will lead the development and execution of sophisticated email marketing and automation strategies to drive engagement and onboarding for our SaaS platform. You will architect highly personalized, data-driven customer journeys, from initial touchpoints through full product adoption. Your expertise in leveraging cutting-edge tools, including **GoHighLevel** and the latest AI-powered technologies, will be critical to designing efficient workflows that drive user growth.

This role is Equity-Only for the next few months, as we are preparing to raise capital imminently. What sets us apart is that our entire team of **15 highly skilled professionals**—spanning AI, technology, data visualization, operations, and marketing—is onboard under the same equity-only structure. This innovative approach ensures that we preserve as much value in the company as possible while building the **next big unicorn**. Compensation:

This role offers approximately 1% equity, with the potential for some compensation as soon as Q4 2024 once capital is raised. You will be a core part of our Marketing team.

Responsibilities:

- Email Marketing Automation**: Design and implement comprehensive drip campaigns that nurture prospects through every stage of the customer journey—from lead generation to onboarding and long-term retention.

- User Segmentation: Build and optimize user segments for personalized, targeted campaigns, leveraging behavioral data, demographics, and customer lifecycle insights.

- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use performance data to iterate and improve email open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, CTAs, content formats, and timing.

- Campaign Automation: Lead the development and implementation of automated workflows using platforms such as GoHighLevel and AI tools, streamlining customer engagement and onboarding processes.

- Growth Strategy: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure marketing automation efforts align with user acquisition goals, optimizing for both engagement and conversion.

- Analytics & Reporting: Regularly analyze the effectiveness of campaigns using **Google Analytics** and other tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

- Project Planning: Manage timelines and resources for campaign launches and ongoing optimization, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and meet growth KPIs.

- Experimentation: Continuously test new tactics and tools to maximize campaign effectiveness, leveraging AI for predictive analysis and real-time optimization.

- Customer Retention & Advocacy: Use AI-driven, data-informed campaigns to nurture customers throughout their lifecycle, ensuring high retention rates and turning satisfied users into brand advocates.

Key Tools & Platforms:

- GoHighLevel: Leverage this all-in-one platform for managing customer relationships, campaigns, and workflows, including automation and reporting.

- HubSpot: Manage and optimize inbound marketing strategies, workflows, and lead nurturing with HubSpot’s full suite of automation and CRM tools.

- Google Analytics: Track, measure, and analyze traffic, engagement, and conversion rates to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns.

- AI Tools: Utilize the latest AI-powered solutions for email personalization, predictive analysis, and campaign automation to enhance efficiency and outcomes.

- Email Marketing Platforms: Implement and optimize email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, Marketo, or similar tools.

- Campaign Automation: Build and deploy automated workflows for customer journeys, improving operational efficiency while boosting customer acquisition.

- Reporting & Analytics: Use data visualization and reporting tools to deliver insights on key performance metrics and track campaign success.

- Content Creation & Management: Oversee the development and deployment of compelling content to support various stages of the customer journey.

- Project Management: Lead projects using tools like **Jira** or **Asana** to ensure campaigns are executed on schedule and aligned with company objectives.

- Curiosity & Testing: Use a curiosity-driven approach to A/B testing and experimentation, ensuring every campaign is optimized for growth.

- Aggressive Data-Driven Mindset: Rely on analytics, data, and performance metrics to shape decision-making and strategy at every stage of the user journey.

Skills & Experience:

- 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing, with a strong focus on email automation, customer onboarding, and campaign performance optimization.

- Expertise in using **GoHighLevel**, **HubSpot**, and **Google Analytics** or others to create, monitor, and optimize marketing automation workflows.

- Proven track record in driving user engagement and conversion through automated drip campaigns and other growth tactics.

- Strong understanding of **Product-Led Growth (PLG)** strategies and how to use them to drive B2B SaaS adoption.

- Ability to develop and execute **A/B tests** and interpret data insights to continuously refine marketing strategies.

- Experience with customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and behavior-based targeting to optimize the user experience.

- Analytical and results-driven, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

- Experience with project management tools to drive efficient execution of multiple campaigns simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a cross-functional mindset, working effectively across sales, product, and marketing teams.
