As the Marketing Manager at SQOR.ai, you will lead the development and execution of our content calendar, with a sharp focus on content creation that connects deeply with our target audience. Your expert-level experience with tools like Canva, video editing platforms, and Hootsuite (and similar tools) will help us amplify our message across digital channels. You will be in charge of crafting compelling posts, engaging with our growing community, and strategically adjusting our messaging to resonate with our ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles).

This role is perfect for someone passionate about the startup space, thrives on building communities, and is always in tune with industry trends. If you can spot opportunities to connect with audiences and drive traffic to our site, we want you on our team. Bonus points for email marketing and LinkedIn skills to boost engagement across additional touchpoints.

This role is Equity-Only for the next few months, as we prepare for an imminent capital raise. Our 15-person team, all equity-based, is unified in building the next big unicorn in business intelligence. You’ll be joining a driven group committed to revolutionizing how companies access actionable data from their SaaS tools.

Compensation:

This role offers approximately 1% equity, with the potential for compensation starting in Q4 2024 after capital is raised. You will be a key part of our marketing team.

Responsibilities:

• Content Calendar Management: Own the development, scheduling, and execution of a dynamic content calendar that covers all relevant platforms.

• Content Creation: Design and produce high-quality, engaging content using Canva, video editing tools, and similar software, ensuring each piece aligns with the brand’s voice and message.

• Social Media Management: Create and manage posts across platforms using tools like Hootsuite, ensuring consistent brand engagement and monitoring responses for timely follow-ups.

• Audience Engagement: Build and nurture an online community by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and fostering discussions that drive organic growth and brand loyalty.

• Trend Spotting & Adaptation: Stay on top of industry trends and zeitgeist, ensuring our messaging is timely and relevant to market opportunities.

• Email Campaign Support: Assist in designing and executing email campaigns that support user acquisition and engagement (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).

• LinkedIn Engagement: Contribute to thought leadership and community building on LinkedIn, leveraging connections to maximize visibility with target customers.

• Analytics & Reporting: Track the performance of content and campaigns using data-driven insights to improve engagement, clicks, and overall conversions.

• Growth Mindset: Continuously look for opportunities to improve content and engagement strategies based on real-time data and market feedback.

Key Tools & Platforms:

• Canva: Create visually compelling content with ease.

• Video Editing Tools: Utilize video tools for content creation that tells a story and engages users.

• Hootsuite: Manage, schedule, and optimize social media posts across multiple platforms.

• Google Analytics: Track, analyze, and interpret engagement data to drive content decisions.

• Email Platforms: Contribute to email campaign execution using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

• LinkedIn: Actively engage with our community on LinkedIn, amplifying our presence and impact.

Skills & Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in content creation and social media management for B2B SaaS or technology companies.

• Expertise in tools like Canva, Hootsuite, and video editing platforms, with a strong portfolio of created content.

• Proven track record of driving engagement and traffic through content and social media channels.

• Ability to spot trends and adapt messaging to connect with our target market at the right time.

• Experience with email marketing and LinkedIn content strategy is a major plus.

• Analytical mindset: Ability to leverage data to inform content strategy and optimize for growth.

• Self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for the startup space, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
