The Opportunity:
As Co-Founder and VP of Growth, PLG, and GTM, you'll spearhead our product-led growth (PLG) strategy, driving user acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion. This full-time, equity-based position offers the chance to shape a disruptive B2B SaaS startup from the ground up. The compensation for this role is approximately 1% equity at this time based on level of experience and hands-on full-time commitment. Salary compensation anticipated in late Q4 2024 or very early Q5 2025, as we secure funding.
Key Responsibilities:
Product-Led Growth (PLG) Strategy:
- Optimize user acquisition funnel, onboarding experience, and engagement metrics
- Implement growth hacking techniques to accelerate user adoption
- Develop viral loops and network effects within the product
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Leverage analytics tools to inform product decisions and growth initiatives
- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate experiments to optimize conversion rates
- Monitor and improve key SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, Churn, NPS)
Growth Marketing and Demand Generation:
- Execute multi-channel B2B marketing strategies (inbound, outbound, ABM)
- Oversee SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media campaigns
- Implement marketing automation and lead nurturing workflows
Product Management and UX/UI Optimization:
- Develop product roadmap aligned with market demands and user needs
- Collaborate with engineering on sprint planning and backlog prioritization
- Conduct user research and usability testing to enhance product experience
Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Define ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas
- Develop positioning and messaging for different market segments
- Create sales enablement materials and support revenue operations
Stakeholder Management and Leadership:
- Own and present growth strategies and KPIs as part of the executive team
- Build and mentor a high-performing growth team
- Foster a data-driven, experimentation-focused culture
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of succeaful B2B SaaS product management, growth marketing, or related fields
- Proven track record in implementing successful PLG strategies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and BI tools
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and product analytics platforms
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities for C-suite and VC audiences
- Hands-on experience with growth hacking and conversion rate optimization
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models and metrics
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree or relevant experience
- Experience in AI, business intelligence, or data analytics sectors
- Previous startup or co-founder experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data manipulation languages
