We’re on track toward $1MM ARR in 2025 with over 300 companies that have signed up to trial and are looking for a powerhouse Co-founder and Business Development Representative / Sales Development Representative (BDR / SDR) to turbocharge growth through modern, multi-channel content and community building. Our 15-person team is fully committed (all equity-based) to shaping the next big unicorn in business intelligence.
The Opportunity
We’re seeking a dynamic, hands-on sales expert to join our team as Co-founder and Business Development Representative / Sales Development Representative. This is not just another sales role – it’s an opportunity to shape the future of business intelligence and build substantial equity in a fast-growing startup.
As our Co-founder and BDR / SDR the earning potential is truly unlimited. You’ll work with our Head of Revenues to take the reins on going out and evangelizing the value proposition of SQOR.ai to multiple ICPs that have been identified and will blaze the trail for a new AI for BI platform that is 100% unique. Today, companies are burdened by millions in wasted time and money setting up outdated data infrastructure to know what is happening at the company. You will be coming to them with a way to reduce cost, reduce time, increase visibility and intelligence, and increase revenues as a result. Less cost, more of everything you need - that is what you are selling.
This role is ideal for a creative, hands-on hunter who loves the startup hustle, can stay ahead of trends, and knows how to captivate clients. Bonus if you have experience in business intelligences sales, or data sales already, but not required.
Note: This role provides very high commissions as it is Equity-Only role for the next few months as we finalize our capital raise, with salary potential by end of Q1 2025. Equity portion is immediate and is approximately 1% of the company.
- High commission structure: 50% of annual contracts and 30% of month-to-month contracts
- Salary compensation expected soon, as the company secures funding
Key Responsibilities
- Direct Sales Execution: Leverage your network to engage C-suite, SVPs, and VPs in mid-market, and enterprise companies. Close deals and exceed ambitious sales targets. (**RELATIONSHIPS A MUST)
- Strategic Partnerships: Develop channel partnerships to expand our reach and create new revenue streams.
- Sales Strategy: Craft and implement a scalable sales process that drives rapid growth.
- Market Penetration: Identify and pursue high-potential accounts in the tech ecosystem.
- Executive Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with marketing, product, and growth teams to refine our go-to-market strategy.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of exceptional performance in B2B SaaS sales, with a focus on business intelligence, analytics, or AI solutions.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets annually.
- Extensive network of C-level, SVP, and VP contacts in mid-market and enterprise companies.
- Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape and business intelligence market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Track record of successful partnership development and channel sales.
