Position Overview:

We are looking for a passionate Senior AI Engineer with expertise in cutting-edge AI technologies such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, AI agents engineering, and prompt engineering. You will play a pivotal role in developing advanced solutions for data extraction, analysis, and summarization from SaaS tools, leveraging the latest in AI frameworks and databases. The ideal candidate will drive the innovation of AI algorithms, build and deploy scalable systems using Python and AI tools, and help deliver intelligent, user-centric solutions.

This role is for someone deeply versed in AI, data engineering, and new-age databases, excited about working with vector search, dynamic prompt generation, and AI agent-driven architectures to push the boundaries of AI-powered insights.

Compensation:

Equity: Approximately 1% equity based on involvement and contribution.

Long-term growth: As capital allows, compensation will be introduced. Expected Q2.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop cutting-edge AI solutions using RAG, vector databases, and AI agents to process, analyze, and interpret data from diverse SaaS tools.
• Design, implement, and optimize algorithms and models that generate intelligent, actionable insights for users.
• Work with AI tools such as LLMs and vector search engines to build scalable, high-performance data extraction systems.
• Develop dynamic prompts for natural language interaction with complex data, improving user experience and interaction.
• Collaborate with the data integration team to ensure seamless AI data flow from various SaaS tools and systems.
• Stay on top of AI advancements and incorporate the latest methodologies into the product development cycle.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of programming experience with at least 3 years focused on AI engineering, machine learning, or deep learning.
• Strong expertise in Python and AI tools (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
• In-depth knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Vector Databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Milvus), and AI agents engineering.
• Extensive experience with modern AI frameworks and natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
• Experience working with AI-driven databases and knowledge retrieval systems.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and distributed computing.
• Proficiency in data engineering, including working with ETL pipelines and cloud-based data storage solutions like BigQuery, Snowflake, MongoDB, etc.
• Familiarity with Prompt Engineering for building efficient and effective interactions with AI models.
• Experience with time-series data analysis, forecasting, and machine learning model deployment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude with a passion for staying ahead of the curve in AI developments.

• Proven experience in developing and deploying AI-powered applications using cutting-edge AI methodologies.
• Deep understanding of vector-based search, semantic understanding, and embedding techniques.
• Ability to innovate within a startup environment, contributing ideas and collaborating with a cross-functional team.
• Experience in AI-driven SaaS platforms and cloud-native data architectures.
• A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Applied Math, or related field is a plus.
