Compensation
This is a high-upside equity + commission role. You’ll receive approximately 1% founder-level equity in a Google-aligned, AI-native platform, along with strong commissions on all revenue you personally close. All commissions are multi-year and range from 15% on the low end to 25% on the high end in Year 1. This plan is designed to reward closers: you will earn based on the business you drive, not your title or tenure. Base salaries will be introduced post-funding (expected late Q1 to early Q2 2026).

Role Summary
This is a high-velocity B2B sales role for a proven full-cycle Account Executive who thrives in early-stage environments and knows how to hunt, build pipeline, run tight discovery, and close meaningful deals. If you’re a seller who’s looking to own your number, help shape the sales playbook, and build equity while closing revenue — this is for you.
You’ll be selling a consumption-based product with a short sales cycle—typically days or weeks, not quarters—into mid-market and enterprise accounts ($50M–$1B+ in revenue). SQOR.ai replaces millions in traditional BI costs with a no-code platform that delivers 10x the capability at 1/10th the total cost, with no setup required and no analysts needed.
You will work directly with the founder and early go-to-market team to shape how we sell and scale.

What You Will Do
* Own the full-cycle sales process: prospecting → discovery → proposal → close
* Source and qualify new business through cold outreach, warm leads, and direct engagement
* Conduct consultative discovery using MEDDPICC, Challenger, and value-led frameworks
* Sell directly to C-level, operational, and investor stakeholders
* Lead deals ranging from $25K–$250K ACV with short time-to-close
* Help companies replace Tableau, Power BI, and outdated dashboards with plug-and-play Decision Intelligence
* Translate buyer pain into measurable ROI using SQOR’s causation, prediction, and recommendation insights
* Provide live customer feedback to refine messaging and product positioning
* Help codify early sales playbooks and repeatable winning motions

Ideal Candidate
* 5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably into $50M+ companies
* Track record of closing outbound-sourced deals
* Strong business acumen — can lead conversations with operators, finance leaders, and investors
* Skilled in solution discovery — you guide conversations with insight, not slides
* Self-directed, coachable, and thrives in early-stage ambiguity
* Bonus: Experience selling into PE-backed companies, consultants, or analytics/BI teams
