Director of Operations
At StatPoint, our #1 value is Team First: we take care of the people who take care of our patients. We believe healthcare is broken, and we’re here to fix it.
Position Summary
Come make history with us. StatPoint’s Mobile Acute Care (MAC) team is changing how care is delivered across the Mid-Atlantic and beyond. We bring fast-paced, hospital-level care directly to patients where they are most comfortable: at home.
As our Director of Operations, you will be a key leader in making that model work at scale. This is not a traditional healthcare operations role. You will lead the systems, people, workflows, and daily execution behind a rapidly growing mobile healthcare organization; helping ensure our clinical teams have what they need to deliver exceptional care every day.
You will work closely with leadership to improve staffing, scheduling, logistics, fleet and equipment management, supply operations and cross-functional processes. You will identify what is not working, build practical solutions, and create the structure needed to support growth without losing the urgency, teamwork, and patient-first mindset that make StatPoint different.
This role is ideal for a hands-on, highly organized leader who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants to have a direct impact on the future of healthcare.
We are 100% digital and use Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Apple hardware to keep teams connected and work moving efficiently across the organization.
This is a hybrid position with a flexible schedule.
