Home Infusion RN

USD 60.00 Hourly | Vascular Access Team in Baltimore, MD, United States PRN

At StatPoint, our #1 value is Team First — we take care of the people who take care of our patients. We believe healthcare is broken, and we’re here to fix it.

Position Summary

Come make a difference with us! Our Home Infusion team helps patients receive the specialized infusion therapy they need in the comfort of their own homes and other care settings. Our nurses deliver high-quality, personalized care while helping patients and their families feel confident throughout the infusion process.

The Home Infusion RN provides skilled nursing care and education to patients receiving a variety of infusion therapies, including medications and blood products. Nurses work autonomously in the field while collaborating with our in-office clinical and administrative teams to coordinate care, monitor patient progress, and ensure safe, effective treatment.

This role is ideal for a clinically skilled, compassionate nurse who enjoys working independently, building relationships with patients, and delivering exceptional care outside of a traditional hospital setting.

Home Infusion RNs travel to patient homes, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other care settings as needed to provide prescribed infusion services. Nurses use digital tools and mobile technology to complete documentation, communicate with the team, and coordinate patient care.
