Story Spark is a storytelling and publishing platform, operating at the intersection of storytelling, technology and print. We have over 200,000 users on our platform using our smart AI tools to make story books that can be read online, published and printed as a hardcover book.
We in the process of launching other book creation tools, with the view of making Story Spark the go to place to make your own books. Our mission is to make creating your own book delivered to your door super easy, magical and high quality.
About the role
We are looking for someone to become our Head of Socials, taking lead of our LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Youtube accounts. Your core responsibilities will be:

Content Strategy: Work closely with our Founder to form content strategy that supports our marketing goals.

Content Creation: Oversee the end-to-end process of content production, including brainstorming, filming, editing, and publishing content across Socials. storytelling. Styles of content will include video, image and Instagram stories.

Content Management: Handle the scheduling and management of content across Socials, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand voice and values.

Content collaborations: Identify key creator collaboration opportunities, overseeing the content creation and ensuring alignment with brand goals.

Community Engagement: Engage with comments, DMs and the wider children storytelling/reading community - enhancing customer relationships and engagement.

Paid Marketing: Run paid social campaigns primarily on Meta.

Trend Spotting: Keep a close eye on the social landscape to ensure Story Spark remains at the forefront of social trends. Continuously exploring new ideas and formats and adapting strategies to maintain a creative edge.

Reporting and Optimisation: Oversee content performance through in platform tools, feeding recommendations back into the team to optimise engagement and reach
