Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter who will be responsible for leading the staffing efforts of a company and building a strong workforce that adds to the company’s bottom line.This job promises great learning and growth opportunities. Thus, if you have experience with various job interview formats, including phone screenings and group interviews, and can help us recruit faster and more effectively, we’d like to meet you :)

Job Responsibilities:

  • To design JDs and keep updating them as per the needs
  • Source potential candidates from various online channels/platforms (e.g. social media and professional platforms like StackOverflow, LinkedIn etc)
  • Screen incoming resumes coming up from various portals
  • Screen candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
  • Prepare, distribute and assess assignments sent to the candidates
  • Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
  • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to the managers
  • Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
  • Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
  • Understand the hiring requirements by collaborating with different teams
  • Headhunt for prospective candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, AngelList etc)
  • Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews – if possible
  • Assess candidates’ information, including C.Vs., portfolios and references
  • Assist in employee onboarding/offboarding activities
  • Grievance Handling

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and Resume Databases
  • Experience with sourcing techniques
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
