Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Agency Manager at str8bat. The Digital Agency Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, managing online advertising campaigns, analyzing data to optimize performance, and overseeing the company's online presence. The role will actively involved collaborating with external partners to drive brand awareness lead generation and drive online sales.

Qualifications

  • Agency Oversight: Manage the relationship with the digital marketing agency, ensuring they deliver high-quality work across all platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the agency’s digital marketing campaigns, from strategy to execution, monitoring key performance metrics such as ROI, CPA, CTR, and conversions.
  • Budget Management: Track and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring spends are within the agreed limits and delivering maximum value.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign performance reports provided by the agency, ensuring KPIs and objectives are met, and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, etc.) to align digital marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Quality Control: Ensure consistency, quality, and creativity in all marketing and advertising materials developed by the agency.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on campaign performance and budget utilization.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any challenges or roadblocks that arise with the agency, ensuring smooth workflow and communication.
