Remote/Hybrid/On-site : 100% on-site in Riyadh, KSA.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct a comprehensive review of the client’s current compliance function.

Perform a compliance risk assessment across key business areas.

Identify gaps, risks, and areas for improvement in current processes.

Deliver clear, actionable recommendations aligned with industry best practices and regulatory expectations.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a practical, risk-based approach.

Required Qualifications

Consultant or Assistant Manager-level experience in compliance.

Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is essential.

Proven experience in the financial services sector, particularly in compliance assessments and risk reviews.
