Job Tile : Target Operating Model(TOM) Analyst - Organisational Design

Location: Riyadh, KSA

Mode of work: 100% on-site

Duration: 12 months - possible extension

Language : English and Arabic

Project Overview - This project involves designing, developing, and implementing an effective Target Operating Model (TOM) for the organization. The TOM Analyst will ensure that business processes, technology, people, and governance frameworks are fully aligned with the strategic objectives to enable efficient, scalable, and sustainable operations through transformation initiatives.

Objectives

Design and refine the organization’s TOM across multiple business functions

Conduct research, data collection, and current state assessments to identify gaps in operating structures

Align the TOM with strategic business objectives and growth targets

Scope of Work

Map and analyse current operating structures to identify improvement areas

Develop and document the new Target Operating Model, ensuring alignment across people, process, technology, and governance

Facilitate cross-functional workshops and meetings to confirm roles, responsibilities, and accountability in the TOM

Project Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Management, or a related field

7–10 years of experience in business analysis, organizational design, or consulting

Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with ERP/HRIS systems
