Responsibilities:
• Facilitate collaboration with the engineering team, data scientists, product owners to solve
interesting and challenging problems across our platform
• Advising on best practices for designing and architecting scalable solutions, including design
reviews, code reviews, and onboarding new technologies
• Design, develop and maintain modern applications
• Review architecture and provide technical guidance for engineers and help with estimations
• Continuously identify tools and process improvements needed to help the team function better
• Communicate with both client and internal stakeholders to unblock development where needed
• Readiness to get hands- on with helping developers with resolving issues and with PoCs where
required
• Work closely with the recruitment team to hire and onboard engineers

What we have,
Our stack consists primarily of Python on the backend and JavaScript (Angular) on the frontend.

We are looking for,
• 5+ years of software engineering experience and 2+ years in management
• Preference for having managed full SDLC
• Preference for having B2B/Enterprise software development
• Experience in Python
• Experience in big data and RESTful web services development
• Experience in Microservices, Cloud

Qualifications
Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or a related field
