Responsibilities:
Create targeted customer-focused content aligning with marketing goals and strategies: Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms
Research industry-related topics: Understand products and competitors and create compelling product messaging and case studies.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and customer experience across all communication channels: Write all digital content and messaging for a website, email campaigns/newsletters, blog posts, educational articles, and customer success stories/case studies.
Edit and proofread written pieces before publication
Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content
Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g., comments and shares)
Take the initiative with brainstorming content ideas.

Requirements:
Excellent Writing skills - ability to write concise, clear, and compelling content for various audiences.
Communication skills - Ability to express ideas clearly, concisely, and precisely.
Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in communications, marketing, creative writing or linguistics.
0-1 year of experience with writing solid creative marketing, advertising, and web copywriting skills.
General understanding of Banking & Financial Institutions in US/Europe market and Pharma Industry
Portfolio and sample work demonstrating content writing skills and knowledge, primarily in the B2B SAAS space.
