Job Description:

● Maintain a detailed knowledge of Tech Products and Services offered by Stride
● Understand target markets (including industry) and which strategies can be used to attract
new clients
● Collaborating with the team to ensure the smooth implementation of campaigns and their
rollout and follow up
● Actively identify potential leads to grow and maintain a robust sales pipeline and attract new
● Build relationships with prospective clients and maintain consistent contact with existing
● Manage sales pipeline and track metrics to ensure targets are hit by meeting deadlines and
sales targets
● Consistently and accurately maintain CRM database ensuring content is kept up to date
● Monitoring compliance with established sales processes
● Supporting and liaising with the Sales and Marketing Team on Lead Generation Campaigns
● Work with colleagues across the Stride to identify new opportunities within the current
client base and externally
● Maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders and stay up to date on industry
● Work with team colleagues to develop winning proposals for prospects

The Qualifications:
● B.E in Computer Science/Information Science/Electronics
● MBA will be an advantage
● Meticulous attention to detail
● Self-Motivated with Go-Getter Attitude
● A sense of humour, strong work ethic and can-do attitude
● Previous experience in a sales role in the tech industry would be an advantage
● Experience in full sales cycle would be a plus
● Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
● Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
