Requirements and Qualifications:-
Bachelor's degree in software engineering or computer science
Professional software development experience (Python, C++, C#)
Management experience
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer service
Basic understanding of marketing
Ability to effectively organize and manage company initiatives and encourage coworkers to do the same
Experience in leading development teams.
Experience in developing, deploying, and integrating software solutions

Responsibilities for Development Manager:-
Analyze and create project scope and milestones for several company initiatives
Manage the handling and assigning of daily tasks within the company
Hold regular meetings with all departments to ensure open communication and expectations throughout a project
Address customer concerns in reference to products, services rendered or employee interactions and communicate well
Managing all the activities of the software development team and setting goals for each team member
Leading the development team in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of applications
Hire and train new developers , provide guidance to them
