As part of the Shipper Squad, this role will use research, data, and AI-powered prototyping to design experiences that enable faster, smarter, and more efficient vehicle shipping across the United States.

About the role
Super Dispatch is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead design for our Shipper TMS (or Trust & Safety) – the platform shippers, brokers and carriers rely on to manage and deliver thousands of vehicle shipments. In this role, you’ll simplify complex logistics workflows, design intuitive solutions for shippers, brokers, and carriers, and leverage AI to create and test prototypes faster, accelerating decision-making and improving the user experience.
This is a remote-first role and an exciting opportunity to design one of the most advanced SaaS products in auto transport.
Super Dispatch is a 100% distributed team, so this role can be done anywhere in the (Central Asia/Eastern Europe). We’re currently hiring two people for different teams - feel free to invite your friend to apply!

Responsibility
- Learn and deeply understand shipper, broker and carrier workflows, pain points, and opportunities through research, interviews, and data.
- Translate insights into problem statements and design directions for the squad.
- Design end-to-end solutions for Shipper TMS and validate concepts quickly with AI-powered prototypes.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and smoothly implemented.
- Measure usability and adoption through customer feedback and product KPIs, sharing learnings to drive improvements.
- Contribute to the design system and foster a culture of experimentation, usability testing, and iteration across squads.
- Tell the story of your experiments, what worked, what didn’t, and why, so the team can learn, adapt, and move faster.
Minimum requirements
- 5+ years of professional product design experience, ideally in a product-led environment.
- Skilled in research and discovery: customer interviews, journey mapping, usability testing, and turning insights into product opportunities.
- Strong prototyping skills, able to explore multiple solutions quickly using Figma, and AI-powered tools (e.g. Figma Make, Lovable).
- Experience working in cross-functional squads with PMs, engineers, and data teams in an agile environment.
- Strong communication skills , able to tell the story of problems and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
Plus points
- Background in transportation, logistics, or marketplace platforms.
- Experience scaling and governing a design system.
- Knowledge of AI agentic UX patterns and how they can transform user workflows.

Within 1 month, you’ll…
- Graduate from Super Dispatch’s onboarding program and get familiar with our people, processes, and product ecosystem.
- Learn and understand the workflows and pain points of shippers and brokers by reviewing existing research, product docs, and shadowing customer calls.
- Set up your design environment (Figma, AI prototyping tools, internal systems) and contribute a first small design improvement (e.g., UI polish or usability fix).
- Present a short “first impressions” report to the Shipper Squad with observations, opportunities, and questions.
Within 3 months, you’ll…
- Lead your first end-to-end design project for Shipper TMS (or Trust & Safety) , from problem framing to delivery in collaboration with PM and engineers.
- Conduct at least 3 user research sessions (interviews, usability tests, or surveys) and share insights with the team.
- Prototype and validate one concept using AI-powered design tools (e.g., Figma Make, Lovable, GPT workflows).
- Contribute updates to the Super Dispatch Design System, ensuring alignment with other squads.
- Share your first design review presentation with cross-functional stakeholders (PM, EM, CPO).
Within 6 months, you’ll…
- Own multiple design initiatives within Shipper TMS, balancing short-term usability fixes with longer-term workflow improvements.
- Drive measurable impact (e.g., improved task completion, higher adoption of a feature, or reduced support tickets).
- Mentor or support a peer designer by reviewing work, sharing feedback, or contributing to design critiques.
- Help refine and scale experimentation practices in the squad, encouraging quick prototyping and data-driven iteration.
Within 12 months, you’ll…
- Become the design lead for Shipper TMS (or Trust & Safety), driving the vision for shipper/broker workflows in collaboration with PM and EM.
- Shape and deliver at least one strategic feature or workflow redesign that significantly improves customer outcomes.
- Partner with the analytics and product teams to define and track design KPIs tied to business and user success.
- Contribute thought leadership within Super Dispatch (e.g., leading design workshops, sharing best practices, or writing internal playbooks).
- Be recognized as a trusted partner by leadership and peers for your design impact, collaboration, and customer-first mindset.
