We are now looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to lead security, cloud infrastructure, and deployment across AWS and GCP, with a strong focus on HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage DevSecOps processes, including secure CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP.
• Ensure end-to-end HIPAA compliance in our systems, including access controls, logging, encryption, and audit readiness.
• Implement and maintain scalable, secure deployment workflows and monitoring systems.
• Work closely with engineering to securely deploy AI-based services and APIs in production environments.
• Automate security checks, compliance monitoring, and infrastructure provisioning as needed.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
• Collaborate with leadership on security roadmaps, compliance planning, and risk assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years in DevOps, SecOps, or DevSecOps with high proficiency in both AWS and GCP.
• Strong understanding of security compliance in cloud-based architectures.
• Proven experience building and maintaining secure CI/CD workflows.
• Experience with containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes) in production environments.
• Solid scripting skills for automation and tooling.
• Familiarity with secrets management, system monitoring, and incident response best practices.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience launching or managing services on the AWS Marketplace.
• Background in health tech, legal tech, or working with sensitive data in regulated industries.
• Hands-on experience with auditing or certifying HIPAA or other compliance frameworks.
