Role Overview
We are seeking an entrepreneurial Ecosystem Growth Manager to own growth through integrations with major legal case management systems, including Filevine, Clio, SmartAdvocate, Litify, and others.
In this role, you’ll build the Superinsight ecosystem: driving new revenue, improving customer retention, and deepening adoption through platform integrations and vendor partnerships. You’ll work closely with sales, customer success, product, and engineering to bring integrations to life — and ensure they deliver measurable business impact.
Your success will be measured by revenue and retention from integration-enabled customers.
Responsibilities
Partner Ecosystem Growth
- Build and manage relationships with case management vendors (Filevine, Clio, SmartAdvocate, Litify, etc.).
- Negotiate co-marketing, marketplace listings, and referral opportunities.
- Champion Superinsight as the go-to AI partner within the legal tech ecosystem.
Integration Strategy & Delivery
- Translate customer requirements into integration use cases that drive measurable value.
- Collaborate with engineering on scoping, development, and launch of integrations.
- Oversee testing, rollout, and feedback to ensure high adoption and satisfaction.
Revenue & Retention Impact
- Partner with sales to drive pipeline and close deals tied to integrations.
- Work with customer success to onboard and enable firms on new integrations.
- Monitor adoption and connect integration usage to retention and expansion metrics.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Act as the connector between external vendors and internal product/engineering.
- Collect partner and customer feedback to prioritize roadmap opportunities.
- Develop playbooks and enablement materials for sales and CS teams.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years experience in SaaS growth, partnerships, product, or customer-facing roles.
- Familiarity with APIs, SaaS integrations, or platform ecosystems (legal tech experience a plus).
- Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple integrations simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both external vendors and internal teams.
- Entrepreneurial, scrappy, and results-driven — comfortable building new processes and owning outcomes.
KPI / Success Metrics
- Net new revenue from integration-enabled customers.
- Integration adoption and usage rates.
- Retention and expansion uplift tied to integration usage.
- Number and quality of ecosystem partnerships launched.
