We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and growth through paid advertising, funnel optimization, and data-driven experimentation. This role will be instrumental in scaling our go-to-market engine and delivering measurable results that fuel our mission.

Responsibilities

  • Own strategy and execution for paid acquisition across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook/Meta, and other relevant channels.
  • Set up and optimize conversion tracking, attribution models, and analytics tools (Google Tag Manager, GA4, CRM integrations).
  • Build and iterate landing pages to improve conversion rates and lead quality.
  • Design and manage retargeting and nurture campaigns to move prospects through the funnel.
  • Develop and run structured experiments (A/B and multivariate testing) to optimize campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on CAC, LTV, ROAS, and pipeline contribution with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing activities with revenue goals.
  • Continuously research and test new channels, creative approaches, and tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience running performance marketing campaigns (preferably in B2B SaaS or professional services).
  • Proven expertise with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of tracking and attribution (GTM, GA4, HubSpot/Salesforce, or similar).
  • Experience optimizing landing pages and marketing funnels for lead generation.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into clear recommendations.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, balancing strategy and execution.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in legal tech, health tech, or other regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with SEO, email nurture, or content marketing.
  • Experience building dashboards in tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM integrations.
  • Ability to run SQL queries to analyze campaign performance and pipeline data.
