Role Overview
We're seeking a Staff Frontend Engineer who doesn’t just build features—they build insights and experiences. In this role, you’ll lead the integration of analytics, experimentation, and cross-platform UI development to capture real customer engagement, iterate UX based on measurable behavior, and shape impactful narratives that empower both product and business decisions.
Your efforts will be measured by your ability to translate user behavior into tested UX improvements, cross-platform engagement, and increased stickiness with real customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead Frontend Architecture & Standards Drive scalable, maintainable, high-performance frontend systems across web, mobile, and tablet interfaces.
- Make Data a First-Class Citizen Implement instrumentation and analytics frameworks that capture feature-level interactions and customer flow behaviors.
- Turn Data Into Narrative Analyze customer engagement, distill behavioral patterns, and create compelling stories that inform product roadmaps and strategic decisions.
- Run Experiments to Improve UX Design, launch, and interpret A/B tests and other experimentation methods. Use engagement insights to optimize UX flows and increase customer satisfaction and retention.
- Expand User Interface Across Platforms Deliver seamless customer experiences across web, mobile, and tablet, enhancing accessibility, retention, and platform consistency.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of frontend engineering experience, ideally with Flutter or similar frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience with analytics instrumentation and experimentation platforms.
- Ability to analyze user metrics and craft narratives that influence product direction.
- Strong skills in designing and developing for multiple platforms (responsive web, mobile, tablet).
- Excellent communicator, capable of connecting technical insights to business outcomes.
- Bias toward experimentation, measurement, and iterative improvement.
KPI / Success Metrics
- Every feature launched carries clear success metrics and improves engagement.
- Demonstrable UX improvements through experimentation (e.g., higher task completion rates, lower drop-offs).
- Users engage more consistently across devices, with increased time-on-platform and cross-platform usage.
- Data-driven insights are adopted by product teams as core inputs for roadmap decisions.
- Measurable uplifts in user happiness, adoption, and retention tied directly to frontend initiatives.
