- Assist customers with troubleshooting, orders, product questions and feedback.
- Handle customer complaints in an appropriate and calm manner.
- Deliver responses in a timely and efficient manner with a demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Work alongside our team to learn the ins and outs of the SwingVision platform.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility to learn to work with customers to resolve a variety of issues
- Basic computer skills
- Familiarity with iOS devices
- Willingness to learn
- 1+ year of experience in a customer facing role
- A positive attitude and passion for helping others
- Familiarity with ZenDesk and Stripe
- Avid user of the SwingVision app
- Passion for racket sports (primarily tennis or pickleball)
