💼 The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Support Associate to support our growing customer base.
The annual US base salary range for this role is $40,000 - $60,000. The final salary will be based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
Additional benefits include: equity, performance-based bonus, 401(k); and medical, dental & vision.
✍️ Responsibilities
  • Monitor customer support emails, social media DMs, and other customer contact during the support experience.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting, orders, product questions and feedback.
  • Handle customer complaints in an appropriate and calm manner.
  • Deliver responses in a timely and efficient manner with a demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Work alongside our team to learn the ins and outs of the SwingVision platform.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility to learn to work with customers to resolve a variety of issues
  • Basic computer skills
  • Familiarity with iOS devices
  • Willingness to learn
👍 Preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer facing role
  • A positive attitude and passion for helping others
  • Familiarity with ZenDesk and Stripe
  • Avid user of the SwingVision app
Bonus
  • Passion for racket sports (primarily tennis or pickleball)
