The Role: Hospitality Coordinator
The Hospitality Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing campus tours, meetings, executive visits, and hospitality-related events across all Switch campuses, managing engagements from initial request through onsite completion and follow-up. This role serves as a primary operational point of contact for assigned engagements and is accountable for accurate scheduling, guest readiness, catering and vendor coordination, cross-functional communication, documentation, and execution.
Working closely with the Director of Hospitality, C-level executives, executive assistants, investors, prospective and current clients, Security, Production, Audio/Visual (AV), Catering, Data Center Operations, Facilities, and other internal and external stakeholders, the Hospitality Coordinator ensures engagement requirements are addressed, timelines are maintained, operational and security procedures are followed, and visitors receive an exceptional hospitality experience. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive professional who can independently manage multiple priorities with limited supervision while exercising sound judgment and discretion in a fast-paced, highly secure environment.

- Respond to schedule changes, last-minute requests, and time-sensitive operational needs while maintaining service standards and communicating updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Anticipate guest needs and potential logistical challenges, troubleshoot issues onsite, and make sound service decisions within established department standards.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for executives, executive assistants, investors, clients, vendors, team members, and other key stakeholders, providing timely communication and ensuring commitments are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Provide hospitality and logistical support for VIP and executive-level visits, including executive briefing materials, customized room setups, special requests, and other assigned requirements.
- Lead cross-functional coordination for assigned tours, meetings, and events with Security, Production, Catering, AV, Data Center Operations, Facilities, and other internal partners to ensure all operational, technical, safety, and access requirements are addressed.
- Coordinate with internal teams to confirm schedules, attendee information, meeting requirements, room readiness, visitor access, and onsite support.
- Own catering coordination for assigned meetings and tours from initial request through reconciliation, including menu selection, dietary accommodations, ordering, delivery schedules, setup, vendor communication, invoice accuracy, and cost and receipt documentation.
- Coordinate transportation and other approved ancillary hospitality services, including vendor confirmations, schedules, arrival details, and day-of changes.
- Provide onsite coverage and operational support across Las Vegas hospitality locations based on business needs, including relief coverage for the Front Desk Coordinator at the Innevation building as needed.
- Deliver a polished, responsive, and professional hospitality experience to executives, clients, visitors, and internal stakeholders across all Switch campuses.

- Monitor hospitality supplies, guest-facing materials, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements for assigned programs, maintain organized inventory records, and coordinate replenishment to ensure operational readiness.
- Develop, maintain, and follow checklists, schedules, task trackers, and documentation standards to improve coordination, consistency, and accountability.
- Identify recurring workflow gaps and recommend or implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and the overall guest experience.
